Covid Prevention Policy

Here at Guzzgoggs we take your safety very seriously and we do not take things lightly.

So, here is what we are doing to ensure you stay safe.

All orders are packaged in a clean and safe environment, this includes the cleaning of surfaces and touch points at certain times of the day.

The picking, packing and despatching of your order is now done by one person only to minimise the number of people touching your order.

Orders are now despatched three times per week instead of five, and despatched by staff wearing PPE including face mask and gloves.  The reduction of despatch days ensures minimal contact from delivery and collection personnel.

Clinell wipes are used on a daily basis and staff are subject to lateral flow testing in the event that they feel unwell. In the event of a positive result the staff member is subject to a full Covid test.

In the event that we feel that any safety could be compromised we have a policy in place to cease trading until this can be rectified and will implement this immediately.

We want you to stay safe but all safety measures need to be cumulative and that means that we all need to play our part.  From us here at Guzzgoggs to Royal Mail services (our chosen despatch service), the mail man delivering your order and you at home.
